She has conducted professional development sessions for a varied topics such as project Based Learning, Redefining the approach to teaching social sciences, Activity based learning, Strategies for effective student centric learning to name a few. Architected the Salwan Learning System through Curriculum development and framing of the Assessment policy. Published five Research Papers on education in National and International journals and Magazines. Developed Teaching learning material for CBSE and school curriculum. Trained faculty for developing Strategies for classroom engagement. Worked with the team reviewing School quality Assessment documents and a multitude of projects focused towards enhancing learning.
