With 20 years of dedicated experience in education. Smt. Sona Gombar holds a Bachelor’s degree in B.A (Hons) and a Masters in English. Currently serving as School Head at Salwan Montessori School, Gurugram, she is deeply committed to the holistic development of every child, advocating freedom, empowerment, and continuous learning. Her expertise extends to establishing quality schools, team building, and developing educational processes for Early Childhood Care and Education.

Smt. Gombar has authored five research papers published in national and international journals and conducted seminars and workshops on parenting and teaching pedagogies. Known for developing child-centered curriculum and life skills, she excels in organizing National and International Conferences and Symposia. Her accolades include consecutive Best Teacher’s Awards and the prestigious Chairperson’s Honor Award. Recently, she received the Outstanding Educationist Award from the Early Childhood Development Forum and was recognized for sustainable practices in school environments.
